Finally, I think we are closing in on buying the plot. I also seem to have difficult conveyancing transactions but this one has been the toughest yet. The seller seems to be a little ‘ignorant’ of what he’s actually selling.
The main issue is that we’ve found a restrictive covenant on the land which means next door (Hillside) can refuse permission for a house ! So I sent Fiona on a charm offensive to get them to agree to be helpful 😂
Meanwhile the land is becoming seriously overgrown..
