Point North, Gloster Hill Self Build

So after lots of messing around and an expensive solicitor we exchanged and completed on the 17th June 2022. We immediately engaged our chosen Architect THAA https://thaa.co.uk and sent David (the architect) all the reports and documents we’ve received. It’ll be a couple of weeks before he’s digested the information and then we’ll meet him formally and start ‘architecting’ 🤓.

One of the things that we didn’t manage to persuade the sellers to give us was the Topology report in CAD format. So we have to have another study done quite quickly. The problem is that the ‘weeds’ have grown and now the land is hidden under a sea of nettles, brambles and other big weed things.

So, before the survey we need to clear the ground a bit. We’ve spent a couple of hours trying but decided we need to hire a more serious strimmer to get it cleared. Which is next weeks task.
