After almost 22 weeks planning has been granted. It’s supposed to take 8 weeks, but Northumberland County Council seems to be broken.
As our architect who ‘claimed’ he knew the various planning leaders failed to provide any help in the matter we decided to start writing to the Head of Planning ourselves.
Finally we got a response and escalated until we got a decision. It really shouldn’t be that hard and we do feel if we’d left it to the Architect then the process would still be on going
A few conditions but all quite simple and expected.
